Do you shake or blend?

I have to be honest, until this morning I have never had a shake that was not blended with ice.  I have always used my Magic Bullet to make my shakes.  This morning I decided to try something new.  I used my Herbalife shaker cup and made my first shake without the Bullet.  I was very skeptical because I feel that the thickness of a blended shake helps me to feel more full.  I should have done this long ago!  I used 1 scoop of Vanilla Formula 1, 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Drink Mix, and Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk.  I have to admit that it was delicious!

Sometimes when we start something new, such as Herbalife and it is working, we are afraid to go off course and try a different routine.  I encourage you all to try new routines because even though your current routine might be working  just a small change could make a huge difference in the right direction!

    How much almond milk did you use? I am looking to try some NOT blended, any suggestions would be helpful.

      Hi Amanda! Try to start with about 10oz of almond milk. If it’s too much or not enough, then you’ll have a better idea for next time. Give it a shot and let us know how it works for you.
