Entry Fee
-$50 through March 31st
-$60 after April 1st
-Split payment of $60 paid before March 31st ($20 X Jan, Feb, Mar)
-Must be a paid contestant to be eligible for any prizes.

Weigh In
-Contestants must weigh in once each month.
-Weigh Ins take place at Louvier’s Nutrition Stoppe 403 Louviers Dr Newark DE 19711
-Team Captains will coordinate Weigh Ins for their team near the end of the month.
-Each Captain will post their meeting time on the Facebook page.
-If you can not make your team’s Weigh In, you are welcome to join in with another team.
-PLEASE BRING YOUR TRACKING CALENDARS TO THE WEIGH IN!

Awards, Prizes, T-Shirt and a Celebration!
-We will have a number of prizes and awards throughout the challenge (Detailed below)
All prizes will come from entry fees along with donated prizes from local businesses.
-Each contestant who has paid at least $20 towards their entry fee by January 15 will receive a special #LTChallenge t-shirt.
-August 29th – Final Celebration Party/Awards Ceremony – Time/Location TBD

Individual Awards Categories

Weight Loss Percentage
Must weigh in every month
Percentage determined by calculating weight lost divided by starting weight
Starting weight for any period may never be higher than any previous weight.
There will be Male and Female winners for the following periods
January 3rd – August 29th (8 Months)
January 3rd – February 28th (2 Months)
February 28th – April 30th (2 Months)
April 30th – June 30th (2 Months)
June 30 – August 29th (2 Months)

Muscle Gain Percentage
Must weigh in every month
Percentage determined by muscle gained divided by starting muscle.
There will be Male and Female winners for the following periods
January 3rd – August 29th (8 Months)
January 3rd – February 28th (2 Months)
February 28th – April 30th (2 Months)
April 30th – June 30th (2 Months)
June 30 – August 29th (2 Months)

Total Weight Loss
Must weigh in every month
Most weight lost from first weigh in through August 29th.
There will be one Male and one Female winner for the 8 month period.

Lowest Body Fat Percentage
Whoever has the lowest Body Fat Percentage measured by our specialist in August.
There will be one Male and one Female winner.

Total Inches Lost
Most Inches lost from first weigh in through August 29th.
There will be one Male and one Female winner for the 8 month period.

Team Challenge
Teams consists of a minimum of 4 contestants and may have an unlimited amount.
The top 4 scorers for each team will count towards team standings.
Team Prizes are designed for 4 contestants. (ex. 4 passes to GoApe ziplining).
There will be team prizes awarded monthly based on points earned that month.
There will be a final team prize based on points earned from Jan 3 – Aug 29.

Team Challenge Points Breakdown

  • W – Workout (1 point max per day/31 points max per month)
    -Anytime you participate in an activity for 30 minutes or longer, this counts as a workout. Any activity from walking the dog, climbing stairs, to running a marathon counts, as long as you’re active for 30 minutes.
    -Write the letter ‘W’ on your calendar for each day you workout.
  • WP – Workout Picture (3 points per picture, 1 picture max per week, 15 points max per month) – Take a picture of yourself working out, at the gym, at a park, running in the woods, etc… Post the picture to the Lifestyle Team Challenge Facebook page, or e-mail it to Austin@Herbaldrive.com .
    -Write the letters ‘WP’ on your calendar each time you take a workout picture, we will verify through the Facebook page and Austin’s e-mail.
  • WTP – Workout Team Picture (5 points per picture, 1 picture max per month, 5 points max per month) – Take a picture of you and a team member or your whole team working out. Everyone in the picture will get 5 points for the month. You can post multiple pictures of 2 or 3 members just to get everybody but it will be 5 points maximum per member per month. Post the picture to the Lifestyle Team Challenge Facebook page, or e-mail it to Austin@Herbaldrive.com
    -Write the letters ‘WTP’ on your calendar each time you take a workout team picture, we will verify through the Facebook page and Austin’s e-mail.
  • R – Races (15 points per race, 2 races max per month, 30 points max per month) – Participate in any race including an obstacle course (ex Savage Race), 5k, marathon, etc. and receive 15 points per race, and 30 points maximum per month.
    -Write the letter ‘R’ on your calendar along with the race name and your finishing time, if available.
  • PR – Promoted Race (25 points per race, 1 race max per month, 25 points max per month) – Participate in any of our promoted races and receive 25 points, max 25 per month. If you compete in more than one promoted race, you will receive 15 points as a regular race, counting towards the max of 30 for Races. See below for the list of approved Races.
    -Write the letters ‘PR’ on your calendar along with the race name and your finishing time, if available.
  • F – Tracking Food Intake (1 point max per day, 31 points max per month) – Any day you track your food intake using MyFitnessPal, any similar application, or keeping a written journal, you will get 1 point max per day, 31 max per month. This will also provide valuable information to your coach to help continue your progress over the course of the challenge.
    -Write the letter ‘F’ on your calendar and bring your journal to your weigh in each month to be verified by your captain.
  • WI – Weigh In (15 points per month) –Each contestant will receive 15 points for weighing in each month at Louvier’s Nutrition Stoppe.
    -Write the letters ‘WI’ on your calendar in correspondence with the day you weighed in.
  • CM – Captains Meetings/Training (20 points max per month)Captains will get 20 points for attending the captains meetings, if a team captain can not attend the captains meeting, anyone on the team may take their place and will still get 20 points for their team.
    -There are Herbalife training events each month which any Herbalife Distributors may attend. These events train Distributors on Herbalife products and the business opportunity. All of our Captains are distributors, if you are interested in becoming an Herbalife Distributor, please let your Captain know.
    -Write the letters ‘CM’ on your calendar, we will also take attendance at the Captain’s meetings.
  • S – Drink Shake (1 point max per day/31 points max per month) – Any day you drink a shake at home or Nutrition Stoppe you will receive 1 point.
    Write the letter ‘S’ on your calendar any day you drink a shake.
  • SP – Shake Picture (3 points per picture, 1 picture max per week, 15 points max per month) – Take a picture of yourself drinking a shake and post it to the Lifestyle Team Challenge Facebook page, or e-mail it to Austin@Herbaldrive.com .
    -Write the letters ‘SP’ on your calendar each time you take a shake picture, we will verify through the Facebook page and Austin’s e-mail.
  • POM – Product of the Month (1 point max per day/31 points max per month)Any day you take the Product of the Month you will receive 1 point.
    Write the letters ‘POM’ on your calendar any day you use the specified Product of the Month.
    The Product of the Month for March is the 21 Day Herbal Balancing Program.
    If you would like to purchase the POM, please contact your captain.
  • SS – Supporting Sponsors (15 points per service, 1 service per month, 15 points max per month) – Support our local sponsors by visiting their location and purchasing their services. We will have a list of the approved sponsors at Nutrition Stoppe and posted on the Facebook page.
    -Write the letters ‘SS’ on your calendar any time you receive a service from a supported sponsor, feel free to post a picture while your there for Social Media points also!
  • SOM – Supporting the Sponsor of the Month (20 points per visit, 1 visit per month, 20 points max per month)We will have a Sponsor of the Month each month during the challenge which will be displayed on your tracking calendar along with their contact information. You will receive 20 points per visit. If you visit the sponsor of the month a second time, you will receive 15 points for the second visit in the Supporting Sponsors (SS) category, counting towards the max of 15. Please help us support the Sponsors of the Month as they each donated $200 + towards prizes and awards for winners during the challenge! The monthly team prizes will correspond with the Sponsor of the Month.
    -Write the letters ‘SOM’ on your calendar and bring in a copy of your receipt, and again feel free to post a picture while your there for Social Media points!
  • Goals – Hitting your monthly Goals (5 points for Weight/Measurement Goals, 2.5 points for Fitness, 2.5 points for Personal/Eating Goals, 10 points max per month)We will be setting new goals for the month at every weigh in. They can be as easy or aggressive as you like, we will help you make them challenging, yet attainable. These goals are set to help you transition into a healthier lifestyle one month at a time.
    -Your captain will review your goals against your monthly tracking calendar at your monthly Weigh In to see if you met the criteria to earn your points.
