A few things need to be mentioned before we get to the recipes below. First, you’ll need a blender or smoothie machine to mix everything together. Throw 10 ounces of ice and water into the blender along with the other ingredients, and blend it until it’s smooth. It might take a few times to get the right water/ice ratio depending on the thickness of your ice, make of blender, etc…

There are a few common ingredients that you’ll need for pretty much every shake. You’ll need the Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix and the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix. If you only have the Formula 1 Mix, use 2 scoops of that instead of 1 scoop of Formula 1 and 1 scoop of the Protein Drink Mix. Another common ingredient is sugar-free pudding mix.     Strawberry Yogurt Cheerios Shake is SO good!!!! I usually hate the Wild Berry mix, but I definitely wouldn’t mind using it for this shake!
