Herbalife Shake Recipes – Pumpkin Spice

To make these shakes, you’ll need a blender or smoothie machine to mix everything together. Our suggested method is this:

  • Throw 10 ounces of ice and water into the blender
  • Add 2 scoops of the Herbalife Formula One
  • Add 2 scoop of the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
  • Add any other ingredients (Fruits, Peanut Butter, Pudding Mix, etc.)
  • Blend until it’s smooth

It might take a few times to get the right water/ice ratio depending on the thickness of your ice, make of blender, etc., but eventually you’ll find the combination that is right for you.

  • 24 Vitamins & Minerals
  • 250 Calories
