Herbalife Shake Recipes – Cookies ‘n Cream Formula 1 – Part 3

Pretzel Peanut Butter Cup

To make these shakes, you’ll need a blender or smoothie machine to mix everything together. Our suggested method is this:

  • Throw 10 ounces of ice and water into the blender
  • Add 2 scoops of the Herbalife Formula One
  • Add 2 scoop of the Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
  • Add any other ingredients (Fruits, Peanut Butter, Pudding Mix, etc.)
  • Blend until it’s smooth

It might take a few times to get the right water/ice ratio depending on the thickness of your ice, make of blender, etc., but eventually you’ll find the combination that is right for you.

Cookies ‘n Cream Formula One, Protein Drink Mix, ice, water start with:

  • 24 grams of Protein
  • 24 Vitamins & Minerals
  • 250 Calories

Any additional, or substituted, ingredients will change the nutritional content of the shakes.

  1. Pretzel Peanut Butter Cup Shake – The G.O.A.T. :

2 Scoops of Cookies ‘n Cream Formula 1 Mix
2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix
½ Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Butterscotch chips
Blend until smooth, then add
2 Small Pretzels
Blend for 5 seconds

  1. Chocolate Donut Shake – Or just put a chocolate donut in the blender, your call:

2 Scoops of Cookies ‘n Cream Formula 1 Mix
2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Drink Mix
1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Chocolate Pudding Mix

1/2 Tablespoon of sugar-free Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Caramel Pudding Mix
Blend until smooth, then add
2 Small Pretzels
½ Tablespoon of Toffee/Heath Bar bits
Blend for 5 seconds

  1. Ice Cream Cake Shake – This one will not go straight to your thighs:

2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Drink Mix

½ Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Chocolate Pudding Mix
10 Raisins
Blend until smooth, then add
1 Teaspoon of Chocolate Chips
Blend for 5 seconds

  1. 7-Layer Shake – Disclaimer – There won’t be 7 Layers after you blend it:

2 Scoops of Cookies ‘n Cream Formula 1 Mix
2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Drink Mix

1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Coconut Pudding Mix
1 Teaspoon of Chocolate Chips
1 Teaspoon pf Butterscotch Chips
1 Tablespoon of Graham Crackers

  1. Ice Cream Sundae Shake – Tempted? Me too! :

2 Scoops of Cookies ‘n Cream Formula 1 Mix
2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
1 Teaspoon of Chocolate Chips
Blend until smooth, then add
½ Tablespoon of Toffee/Heath Bar bits
Blend for 5 seconds
Top with Toffee/Heath Bar bits and Sprinkles

  1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Shake – Chocolaty, Sweet, and Salty… I’m going to make one right now:

1 Tablespoon of sugar-free Chocolate Pudding Mix
