  1. ralph deangelis jr says:

do the sugar free syrups make that much of a difference to the recipe?

    • Mike at Herbal Drive says:

Hi Ralph! The sugar free syrups make a big difference in terms of taste. In terms of nutritional value, they may vary depending on what you use, so you’ll want to check the label to see what it’s adding to the shake. Most sugar free syrups only add about 20 calories, but it depends on how much you use, how many flavors you use, etc.

Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Nikki Olson says:

Where can you buy the sugar free flavored syrups that are in many of these recipes? Also, would the powdered peanut butter sold at healthy grocery stores be used as a substitute for regular peanut butter? Would that be healthier?

    • Austin at Herbal Drive says:

Hey Nikki! You can purchase the Sugar Free Flavored Syrups and Pudding Mixes on AbundantLifeFoods website. The Powedered Peanut Butter is a good alternative and it is healthier! Let us know which one you prefer!
