What is it?
An Alternative Indoor Triathlon or Duathlon -swimming pool, treadmills, and spinning bikes!
-500 Yard Swim (20 lengths of the indoor pool)
-15 Mile bike ride on a spinning bike
-3 mile run on a treadmill
You can pick which order to do the events, and your starting time!
Why do it?
If you have ever been interested in doing a triathlon, THIS is where to begin. It is very early in the season and is a good way to check your physical progress. If you aren’t where you think you are physically, you can always get out of the pool, or get off the bike or treadmill. If you do well, your path is set to compete in sprint triathlons or move up to longer events!
All competitors receive Gender Specific long-sleeved technical shirts, finisher awards, and refreshments!

-Austin Knight finished his first sprint triathlon in August and looks to step his training up this year starting with this event.
